Tesuque Gold Rush is not only a beautiful palomino but is one of the few stallions standing in America with foundation blood on his papers. His sire, the famous The Gold Rush Is On, since retired, has 6 foundation horses on his papers including Roan Allen f-38, Merry Legs F-4, Birdie Messick F-86. Tesuque's dam, F88's Pearls and Lace has 8 foundation horses in two generations on her papers including Roan Allen F-38, Merry Legs F-4, Gertrude F-84, Nell Dement F-3, and Allan F-1 twice.

Tesuque is a natural athlete displaying a perfect 4-beat gait with head nod and overstride. He goes easily into a canter. At the tender age of two he is becoming a great mountain pleasure horse. He goes out by himself or with our other stallion, Too Much Champagne, geldings or mares with out problem.

He is very smart and loves attention. He is very proud to park out and show himself off. Tesuque's coat is darkening with age and is a deep dappled gold with a silver white mane and tail.
