Paints Prince (Hawk) is honored and remembered by those who have his foals. Hawk passed on his superior intelligence and gait to
his offspring and they will continue to pass on the wonderful qualities that they inherited
from their father.
"Hawk" was owned by James King of Ky. Purchased by
Dr. John Grider, owner of Daybreak Farm in Liberty Ky. when he was 2 & Dr.
Grider stood him for 9 years. We
purchased "Hawk"
in 1999, when Dr. Grider decided to reduce his herd. We were very privileged
to own Hawk for such short time.
He
was an amazing stallion, very willing, and was always ready to please. He
was a dream ride on the trails with his very smooth gait. He passed all
these great qualities on to his foals. We are fortunate to have 2 of his
sons standing at our farm to pass on his great qualities.
