We have been doing considerable
amounts of ground work and arena work. He has also been in the
mountains three times. Presently he has showed us that he has a good
mind and a great walk.
He is a confident horse, but needs
more time on the trail and in the open range. He starts his upland
bird hunting adventures in two days and will really blossom with all
the adversity and hours upon hours in the open grass ranges of
Montana.
He clips, loads, hobbles, pickets,
washes and is a pleasure to be around. I am personally excited to be
training him because he is such a curious kind yet so magnificent
looking.
He is not for a beginning rider at
this point, but will be after he has had more trail time under his
belt. We would not normally put a horse that is not completely ready
to go on the web.
However, we felt that he is such a
great opportunity that we wanted to let you know about him now.
